I came in for a standard layered cut. I thought it would be simple. I had pretty long hair. The middle of my back. I asked for it to be right under my shoulders. And what I get is almost to my chin and an uneven botched haircut. I don't even want to go back there for them to fix it. I just want everyone else to know that this is not the place to go to get your hair cut if you want it done right. Now I have to go to an actual professional...because the employees there clearly aren't...and pay for another haircut. AND have it even shorter than it is now. When I wanted it way longer. Just don't ever go there. And the service itself wasn't that cheerful and pleasant either. Almost like you irritated them when you walked in. Horrible experience.

Good experience here but wish you could make appointments. Amanda is awesome!
