I live in Weddington but found out about Prestige (just off Independence) a couple of years ago. I've taken 3 vehicles to Kevin @ Prestige. This guy is amazing. He fixes just about anything. He's knowledgeable, very trustworthy and has a better price than anyone else -- I've checked several times. The location is a little hard to find; just a bay in an office park. And if you're in the Charlotte/Matthews area, it's a bit of a hike but worth it. Highly recommend!
