Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 511 Morgan Mill Road, Monroe, North Carolina.

Awful customer service, confusing, and so very unorganized. The call center lined up a rental that wasn't even available at the location I requested and rental car pickup was lined up at wrong location even after I had verified it with representative over phone prior to pickup. Employee from pickup location called me 3 different times during the day to rearrange pickup time because they didn't have a car available for me yet. Employee left a not-in-service return phone number on voicemail and was difficult to reach when calling back to automated answering service. I showed up at one location and had to drive to another to pickup rental car that then they had given to another customer once I got there, so they had to put me in an 'upgrade'. Will not be a repeat customer.
